Once again, Halloween is around the corner. Although this year, it seems like it started months ago, without the candy!

Halloween can be pretty fun, or pretty scary if you’ve immersed yourself in one too many horror stories. Personally, I like chocolate a whole lot more than tricks or scary movies.

Halloween is fascinating to many of us and has its roots in Celtic history with the festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. This was around the same time as the Christian celebration of All Saints Day, also known as All Hallows Day. So Hallow’s Eve became Halloween.

This rundown was really special for me because not only did it take away my fear of others but it also increased my ability to handle others. It made me realize I need to trust myself, my own instincts, and my own reality in dealing with others. It also made me realize that if others do attack me for some reason, they cannot really hurt me – they can’t take my freedom or self-determination.

All of this came to me at the perfect time and is very applicable to my current life, as I begin to deal with more and different kinds of people in business and my personal life.

This rundown really got to the core of “What am I afraid of?” when someone gets mad, threatens me, etc. and i realized the answer to that is nothing – I can handle them!

Also I had more wins on this rundown than any other rundowns I’ve done – it just seemed like every point was so applicable to my life!
