It is only a few days until Christmas and the New Year is right around the corner. Wow! This year just seemed to fly by just like those resolutions some of us made at the start of the year. We’ll have another chance for that in the near future.

I hope that these Holidays will be a wonderful time when you can relax with friends and family to celebrate the joys of the season. Christmas brings many good memories. For some, it can be lonely when they are suffering from a loss of a loved one. Also, the “blues” can come about from losses, unresolved situations and strained family relationships that begin to raise their ugly head!
